Roseanne put away her phone and gave him a warm smile. "Thanks for helping me out, Professor."

"No trouble at all. Do you have a particular model in mind?" Owen Reynolds asked, returning her smile.

"I don't have any specific preferences," Roseanne replied. "As long as it's easy to drive."

Owen nodded thoughtfully. "In that case, I'd suggest going for a sedan. They generally offer a smoother ride and better handling than SUVs, although you might have to compromise on space. If it's just for commuting and not family trips, a sedan should be perfect."

"Sounds good." Roseanne nodded, ready to take his advice.

"What about the brand? Do you have a favorite?" Owen continued.

"Not really," she admitted, "but I do like German cars."

Owen raised an eyebrow, clearly pleased. "Great choice."

"And what about your budget?" he inquired.

"I'm flexible," Roseanne said with a shrug.

They headed to the nearby Volkswagen dealership first. As soon as they stepped

inside, a cheerful salesperson approached them.

"What can I help you two with today? Looking for anything specific?" the salesperson asked.

"We're interested in a sedan that's fuel-efficient and easy to drive. Any recommendations?" Owen responded.

"Absolutely, let me show you something over here," the salesperson said, leading them to a display. "This is our newly revamped Tiguan, with spacious interiors and a bold design..."

Owen frowned slightly, and Roseanne looked puzzled.

They had specifically asked for a sedan, yet the salesperson was showing them an SUV. After several other similar suggestions, all SUVs, Owen interjected, "Excuse me, we're looking for a sedan."

"Sedans just don't have the same presence as an SUV," the salesperson insisted. "A man of status should drive an SUV. Look at these headlights, this engine configuration..."

"It's not for me," Owen interrupted. "It's for the lady."

The salesperson waved it off. "Oh, come on, most of the time, the man ends up driving anyway, right? Even if it's bought for the lady, the guy's gonna drive it most of the time. You need something that suits aman's driving style..."

Owen was speechless, and Roseanne was already nodding towards the door. "Next dealership?" he suggested.

"Absolutely!" she agreed, clearly ready to leave.

The two walked right out and crossed the street to another dealership. This time, they were greeted by a young woman with a bright smile. She offered them some coffee and cookies, and noticing Roseanne's light jacket, she even asked a colleague to adjust the thermostat.

After listening carefully to

Roseanne's preferences, she took notes diligently. "Got it. I'll show you a few sedans that are both efficient

and easy to handle. They hacient

distinct designs, and you're welcome to take a closer look at the display models we have in the showroom," she suggested.

The young woman was unexpectedly professional, and Roseanne found herself making a decision quicker than she'd anticipated.

"Have you made your choice?" Owen asked, slightly surprised.

"Yes, this one. Let's go ahead with it," Roseanne replied decisively.

In just fifteen minutes, Roseanne had made up her mind. The young woman was taken aback. "Are you sure you don't want to look around a bit more?"

"No need. Let's do it. Can I take the car home today?" Roseanne asked.

"Well, we do have one in the garage, but it was manufactured last month. If you're okay with that..." the young woman replied.

"Last month? That's fine," Roseanne assured her.

The young woman was thrilled to close the deal so quickly. As she handed Roseanne the contract, she couldn't resist asking, "Are you two newlyweds? You look so perfect together!"
